Almost 12 years ago, I built a brand around the client experience - not just meeting - but exceeding expectations.
I knew great communication, an assertive plan tailored to the situation, and an exceptional experience were essential for all of my clients - either buying, selling, building or investing at all different price points and life stages.
Every little detail is important.
I founded The Nick Foltz Group to meet growing demand & have more omnipresence in the market place and brought on our team's transaction coordinator. Followed by Brian Zeschke & Christina Kasle. This allowed us to be 3 different places at once in a market where inventory goes quickly, have an experienced team marketing your listings and working on your behalf every step of the way.
I was awarded #1 Top Sales Producer in my company in 2025, 2024, 2023, 2022, 2021, 2020, 2019, 2018, 2017, & 2016. I was also awarded Homesnap's Excellence in Client Service Award in 2020 & 2021 and awarded the Top 5% in the Country Award, which is Homesnap's highest production award in 2022 & 2021.
I was recognized as CityBeat Magazine's Best Realtor in Cincinnati & NKY for their 'Best Of Cincinnati’ Segment in 2022, 2024, 2025, & 2026 and voted Best Real Estate Group in the city in 2026.
