About Mandy
When my husband’s career moved us to the Northern Kentucky/Greater Cincinnati area, I fell in love with everything the area has to offer and was thrilled this would now be home. Exploring each neighborhood's personality has quickly become one of my favorite ways to pass the time. This area has the unique ability to fulfill many lifestyles from city life to the farm (and anywhere in between), and I am excited to help you find the best neighborhood for you! After twenty years in the hospitality industry, I chose to follow my heart and pursue my passion in Real Estate, which began with the purchase of our first home several years ago. Hospitality is all about working hard to learn about a guest's needs and going above and beyond to execute in whatever way necessary to achieve a fantastic experience. I now use those tools and skills to execute your Real Estate needs. As a mother of 3 college students, an animal activist, and the oldest of 14 children, I am often a calming force in chaos, can be found standing up for those who need a voice, or am ready with an ear and a cup of coffee in trying times. Buying and selling can be a stressful and exciting time. I will be your advocate and work with your best interest in mind at all times. If you are selling, I will work with you to get you the best price, in the least amount of time by using state-of-the-art technology and superior marketing materials. If you are buying, I will work hard to provide you with the best information and market data to inform and assist you so you can be a well-equipped buyer with the strongest possible negotiating position. This is more than a business to me. I find great joy in helping people discover home.
